There is a black circular smudge in the middle of my toolbar on the bottom of my screen. The device involved is Norton Security. I have not updated Norton Security since this issue occurred. I have not tried anything yet to resolve this issue. The smudge looks like it's starting to spread. Which toolbar is this smudge on exactly, and is there any chance of fixing this problem?

I have horizontal lines across my Lenovo IdeaCentre desktop and it flickers a bit. I'm running Windows 10 and this issue started a couple of days ago. I've tried updating all drivers with Easydriver and restarting the computer, but the problem persists. What could be causing this and what should I do next?

I have a new phone and no longer have access to my old phone. My Yahoo account keeps sending account keys to my old number, which I can't access. I don't have a backup email associated with the account, and I've tried using my Gmail account as a recovery method, but it wasn't recognized. How can I regain access to my Yahoo account without losing it?
