My emails aren't going; they are all in my outbox. How can I send them? I tried rebooting my computer but that didn't help.

I have a Canon iR C 3220-C1 PCL 5c printer shared in our office. I have an HP LaserJet on my computer. I print to both. I am using Windows XP Pro Version 2002 with Service Pack 3 installed. My problem is that when I print to the Canon, the print is half tone. I cannot find where to change that on my computer. Other people in the office print fine on the same printer. How do I change the printer setting on my computer? I do not have the printer manual.

I use Word Perfect as my processor. When I want to edit my copy with the Lexmark 8350 via OCR, it does not recognize the work. The copy comes out unrecognizable. Is there a way I can resolve this?
