I have a Lexmark 5650 printer. I used to be able to scan to my computer, but after having my computer fixed, it now gives me a 'cannot find application list' message when I try to scan. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Would you PLEASE stop this incessant "BEBO" from showing up every time I just want to read attachments from fellow students? Please, just remove it. I don't want it, didn't order it, have been trying to get rid of it for months yet here it is...a constant nuisance. I'm at the end of my rope.

I get an 'insufficient range' error when working with a PDF file scanned with an Avision scanner A220. The PDF document is blank. This happens when using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 after creating the PDF file and when inserting an Excel attachment or OCR scanning the document. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?
