I have an unlocked Nokia Lumia 909 (1020) AT&T 32G Windows 8.0 camera/smartphone with two issues: 1) Every time I turn on the phone, it says updates are available but only allows me to dismiss the message. 2) I don't get a voicemail notification symbol to alert me when I have messages in my voicemail box. My service provider is Cricket, and I've already done a factory reset which didn't resolve the issues. How can I upgrade this phone to Windows 8.1 or Windows 10, and how can I get the voicemail notification symbol? Additionally, how can I protect my phone from software viruses?
