When a new message comes to my inbox, it sometimes displays in two boxes: the normal one I expect and a small box to the right. I can make these go away but not stay away. I recently installed an old IR mouse when my original mouse acted up. Can you help me resolve this issue?

The initial startup configuration for Windows 7 did not complete, and now when I turn on my laptop and click on administrator, it says account disabled, contact system admin. This is a brand new laptop, the first time I have turned it on. I can get into the computer in safe mode, but have tried a system restore and it says nothing is available. Can I restart the configuration process somehow so the factory settings can be installed properly?

I am unable to open Internet Explorer or Outlook due to an error stating 'iertutil.dll was not found'. I have tried Safe Mode but it doesn't work. What can I do to resolve this issue?
