I am running Windows 7 and noticed that the page file was reset to zero after installing a new program (NERO). I have tried following instructions to reset virtual memory but have had no luck. The page file continues to show as zero. How can I resolve this issue?

My HP Pavilion Slimline won't start today. It has been working fine for at least a year, but now there are no noises, no lights, and nothing happens when I check the power source. Is there a reset button?

This error has occurred again, and the actions you suggested have not worked. It seems to occur if I don't work on it immediately after bootup.

I'm running Microsoft Vista and trying to install the Microsoft Fix It tool to diagnose why I can't update all the latest updates. I keep getting an error message stating 'The Windows Installer service cannot be accessed. This can occur when the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.' What can I do to fix this?
