I have a C4000LG modem, and the internet connection is not working. The internet status connection is yellow, LCP state for PPP is DOWN and red, IPCP State for PPP is DOWN and red, and AUTH.fails for PPP is red with 7076. DSL is green, and the front light on the modem is red solid. What can be done to resolve this issue?
