Hulu just comes on and then it goes to a screen where it says no signal. All other apps work except Hulu. The issue started today on a Roku device. What could be causing this and how can it be resolved?

My phone randomly shut off and I can't access my emails or transfer my passwords because the password prompt always fails. I have a common password I've used before, but it doesn't work. I also have a phone number and second email address linked to the account, but I can't access them either. What can I do to resolve this issue?
