Windows Live becomes inactive every time I try to reply to, forward, or send an email. I am using Shaw as my email service provider and access my email by clicking on the icon on my desktop. I have tried repairing Windows Live, but I keep getting a message that I don't have an internet connection. My operating system is Windows 10, and there are no error codes, but Windows Live just freezes. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My AOL Desktop Icon does not bring up AOL anymore. I can access www.aol.com using Google Chrome but I am paying $29 per month for AOL services. What's wrong and how can I fix it?

I would like to re-install my paid-for versions on the new computer. I have the order number and product key for Microsoft Office, and I also need to register my Windows 10 Pro with its product ID and key. How can I proceed with this?
