I can't see any images in email or Facebook. My screen is suddenly without images, showing little blank boxes instead. I have a new Lenovo 2016 machine. Have you installed any updates recently? Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

My Asus gamer laptop with lots of RAM and an I-7 processor keeps giving me a 'Preparing Automatic Repair' notice, then the wheel spins around for a long time and finally goes to a black screen. Hi Andy, it updated 2 days ago and now I cannot use MS Edge and other programs are not loading properly. I have to use Chrome to get on the net, and other programs like Word and Quicken only partially load. Task Manager has no just logos and boxes. What kind of computer do you have? Have you installed any updates recently? Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
