Hi Andy, it updated 2 days ago and now I cannot use MS Edge and other programs are not loading properly. I have to use Chrome to get on the net, and other programs like Word and Quicken only partially load. Task Manager has no just logos and boxes. What kind of computer do you have? Have you installed any updates recently? Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

My Canon Color ImageClass MF8350Cdn printer keeps disconnecting from my HP PC running Windows 10. It has been an issue for at least a year, and the printer loses connection suddenly. I have tried reinstalling the printer, but it gives a new name each time and still reads an error. The printer works for a few days after reinstallation and then disconnects again. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

I have a new replacement battery for my 2004 Laptop G550, but it will not charge. The original battery would not hold charge and eventually wouldn't charge at all. I replaced the battery twice, and neither would charge. I also replaced the charger, and the old battery charged but still won't hold charge. The new battery won't charge at all, even though the computer recognizes the battery is there. What could be the issue, and what steps can be taken to resolve it?

I am having issues with my Windows 10 account, specifically being locked out and needing to reset my password. Additionally, I need assistance with a bug in my email that adds an unwanted header, automatic sign-on for Windows 10 and AOL.com, ensuring all apps and printers are working correctly, and knowing the passwords for both printers. I am deaf and handicapped, so I need help with these issues.
