A tech support supposedly solved a problem with my email 2 days ago, but the problem is now worse. I called the company, and they told me to recontact tech support with no additional charges. However, there is a new charge in my checking account, and all my emails have disappeared. I am concerned this might be a scam. How long can it possibly take to resolve this issue, and is there really someone looking at these communications?

I have Windows 10, but I want to revert back to Windows 8 because I lost 90% of my emails. I followed instructions to transfer the folders and emails but only got 10% of them. This is my third request for help, but I haven't received any answers.
