I would like to send in a complaint to Facebook as someone hacked my account and now even though I have done every possible thing I can do, I am unable to get in. Last night I asked for help through this site and got charged over $60 from you guys even though I only agreed to $10. I do not appreciate this service and would cancel Facebook forever and tell everyone not to use Justanswer either, unfortunately, I have a lot of memories and info on FB that I would LIKE to receive. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I am mad and this is not ok! Not personally against you but I do not like being scammed. Have you reported this to Facebook? Have you checked your email and other online accounts for tampering, especially if they have the same username and password? Is there anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I used Just Answer on a trial on June 6 and was unexpectedly billed for a monthly service of $40 on June 13. I complained about not wanting the monthly service and requested a refund, but I didn't receive it. Now, on September 16, I was billed again. Who do I talk to about this billing issue?

I received an email claiming someone in Russia is using my email and provided a phone number to call. I called the number and allowed them to access my computer, but they didn't clean it and tried to sell me security software.
