I am having problems with my Outlook email service. I cannot send emails, although I can receive them. I tried using 'SafeCart' as recommended on the web, but it did not help. I recently switched to NBN, and I am using a mail client for Outlook, but I am not very computer literate. I have AVG antivirus and have not had email issues for the past 15 years. After downloading SafeCart, I received a message that operations were cancelled due to restrictions on my computer.
