I am out of the country and my Quicksilver credit card is being declined. I tried to book an adventure and it came up as rejected due to insufficient funds. My cell phone is also not working. How can I resolve this issue and contact Quicksilver to reactivate my account?

I cannot log into my Microsoft 365 account to download it onto a new laptop. I have used four different email addresses to register with Microsoft, and the main email address used for the original account activation is no longer available. I need to change the main email address associated with the account so that I can log in and resolve the issue. My current phone number is **********016, and my preferred email address is mau***mail.com.
