I have always been able to play rental DVDs on my computer but recently, when I put a rental DVD in my E: drive, no screen came up to start playing. I tried Power Play and Windows Media Player, but both said there was no disc in Drive E:. I searched for E:/, all videos, and specific videos, but always got a 'not found' message. Can you help?

I am trying to get my Canon MG2560 printer to work on my MacBook Pro with Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6. I connect to my MG2560 by USB. I don't remember when I last updated the printer driver software, but it has been working well until recently. I have received messages suggesting I upgrade my system to Catalina, but I've been told my printer won't work with that system. Is this the same computer with which I am trying to use the printer?
