I flew from Dallas to Atlanta and left my Surface Pro 3 in the magazine holder behind the seat. My IT guys told me if it connects to the internet, they can tell its location. It's been three weeks and there's no report from the airport. I have several of these Surface Pros and it concerns me that this does not have a way to track. Is there something on the market that can be attached or an app to track?

When I touch the email icon on my start screen, my screen shows the envelope with the blue background, but then does not change to showing the emails. The email icon on the start screen shows that there are emails ready to be viewed, but when I touch it, I just go to the envelope with the blue background. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I have scanned a photo into my computer and saved it to my files. When I try to attach it to an email, my computer freezes and I cannot get out of it. My computer is a Lenovo H5 running Windows 7, and my scanner is HP 2135. I use Rogers email, and everything is working well except for this issue. The page I am using covers the 'Send' and other buttons at the bottom of the screen, so I have to move the toolbar every time.

My computer, a Dell Opti7010, will not restart after the installation of updates, displaying error message 0x8024a112. I have encountered this issue three times with each restart attempt.
