We purchased a Kaspersky Pure anti-virus program and need to remove the existing activation code and install a new one: 4BTQ4-VUBK2-QSESJ-TVIME. We have already used the Kaspersky removal tool but it did not remove the old activation code. How can we successfully remove the old activation code and install the new one?

I recently installed Photoshop CS5 on my computer. The first time I used it, there were no problems, but now I cannot access it because the file is locked or I don't have the necessary privileges. I've tried fixing the problem in the properties box, rebooted my system, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but it still doesn't work. Can you help me?

When I sign on to my email, many of the choices such as reply, send, etc., are lined out with one black line, making them hard to read. Additionally, there are white boxes at the beginning of each email that don't seem to do anything. What can be done to fix these issues?

Flash player will not install. I uninstalled it according to Adobe's instructions and it still won't re-install. My Incredimail requires it and I can't access 10,000 emails without it. I'm out of options. Every time I try to install it, the installer chokes and all it says is undefined or NaN or some other equally obtuse comment. What can be done to resolve this issue?
