I recently installed Photoshop CS5 on my computer. The first time I used it, there were no problems, but now I cannot access it because the file is locked or I don't have the necessary privileges. I've tried fixing the problem in the properties box, rebooted my system, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but it still doesn't work. Can you help me?

I bought a Groupon deal online for a 2-person tour at American Honors Brewery in Hickory, NC for $22 between February and August 2017. I have lost all paperwork and cannot find it in my emails. How can I retrieve this Groupon or prove I have paid for it?

I purchased software (TFP 20.17) and the product code is missing from the packaging. I am unable to find the product code and am very disappointed. What should I do to obtain the product code?

I am unable to receive any emails and hitting refresh does not help. I am checking my email directly from a browser, and there are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking me. Additionally, I cannot access any pages outside the welcome page.

When I boot my Asus X299 TUF Mark 1 computer with Windows 7 Pro 64 SP1, the drives come up in random order. For example, drives that were listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on the last boot were actually drives 3, 1, 2, 5, and 4. I use diskpart to assign drive letters and format before major backups, so I need to ensure that when I assign a drive letter to a specific drive, it is correctly identified.
