A 70 lb. Pit bull named Sadie, who is 2 months shy of being 10 years old, ate about 15 to 20 raisins from a box of raisin nut brandy cereal within the past two hours. Is this a cause for concern, and what should be done?

There is no cause for concern as 15 to 20 raisins are well below the toxic level for a dog of Sadie'...

My 20 lb dog, Heidi, ate a Fluoxetine 10mg capsule. She hasn't vomited since eating it. What should I do?

My dog has a 2-inch shallow scrape with hair loss and a raw area, and a smaller, deeper chunk tear that bled but has since stopped. She is acting normally and has a healthy appetite. We have two other dogs and are worried about them licking the wound. What should I do for the wound and should I use an Elizabethan collar to prevent licking?

My mom's dog, Smokey, a 10-month-old, has a cold and is throwing up light yellow liquid, refusing to eat, and laying around for the past 2 days. She lives in Michigan and doesn't have money to take him to the vet. What else can she do?

My dog has blackish stuff forming around her genital area. I keep washing it with warm water, and it comes off like scale. She is not hurt but keeps licking around her genital area. Her name is Trixie, she is five years old, and she is a Chihuahua. She is generally healthy.

My dog ate about 6-8 pieces of project 7 gum 'cherry lime slush' flavor, which contains xylitol as the 5th ingredient. My dog is a 1.5-year-old lab, 70lbs. She ate the gum 9-8 hours ago and has had two meals and isnโt acting much different. Should I be worried?
