My dog has blackish stuff forming around her genital area. I keep washing it with warm water, and it comes off like scale. She is not hurt but keeps licking around her genital area. Her name is Trixie, she is five years old, and she is a Chihuahua. She is generally healthy.

My dog ate about 6-8 pieces of project 7 gum 'cherry lime slush' flavor, which contains xylitol as the 5th ingredient. My dog is a 1.5-year-old lab, 70lbs. She ate the gum 9-8 hours ago and has had two meals and isn’t acting much different. Should I be worried?

My dog, Finley, a 2-year-old labradoodle weighing 35 lbs, ate a small amount of onion dip from the trash, possibly around 1/8 cup or less. She has not vomited and seems fine except for sour breath. Should I be concerned about onion toxicity, and is there anything else I should monitor or do for her?

Our Westie, Walter, has been going from not wanting to walk and play to his normal self. He had a crooked toenail that was clipped and given pain pills, which seemed to help.
