My dog has diarrhea that started after interacting with my neighbor's dog. She also has fleas and I suspect she might have worms. I've been feeding her chicken and rice. What could be causing her diarrhea and what should I do to help her?

She's on Fromm grain-free dog food and receives probiotics daily. Should I try Flagyl? Her stool tests were negative for worms, and I'm considering IBS or colitis.
