Can intranasal bordetella cause nasal passages to be swollen? My dog received it a few months ago and has been blowing her nose ever since. Her nose is visibly swollen on the inside, with a clear runny nose, and she is otherwise fine. She has been on steroids but seems to be getting no better.

My family dog Madison had a rabies booster shot on 9/27/2012. Now she is itching all night long. Our vet has tried various treatments including Cephalexin for an ear infection, a kangaroo diet, Depo Medro injection, Prednisone tablets, a diet of hamburger/potatoes/carrots, and Convenia for itching, but none of these treatments are working. She is a 7-year-old blonde cocker spaniel and has lost 3 lbs due to her diet. What could be causing her itching and what can we do to help her?

My Mini Pinscher jumped off the bed and is not putting weight on her front left paw. She won't let me touch it, and it doesn't look swollen. I've given her a half tablet of 81 mg coated aspirin. How long should I wait to see if it's just a sprain, or how do I know if it's broken?

Our 5-lb Morky was acting fine less than 40 minutes ago, but now she is whining and her abdomen appears swollen. She squatted to have a bowel movement about an hour ago, but we didn't see her actually go. What could be the issue?
