How do I know if an eye tumor is malignant or not?

I have an 8-week-old Pitbull/Rottweiler puppy. After getting his shots today, he pooped out white, long worms. What's happening? Should I do something else, or will the shots take care of it? Also, I've been sleeping with him and he's licked my face before. Could this be transmitted to me?

My labrador, who is 3.5 years old, has just completed heartworm treatment on Monday and Tuesday. She seems to be doing well, but I want to know when it would be best for me to take more time off during her 6-week rehabilitation period to be with her during the shedding of the worms. I also want to know what signs to look out for if something is going wrong with her, as my vet did not provide any information about this.
