What symptoms does a dog have when its stomach flips?

I have an 8-year-old lab being treated for a UTI and inflammation of her lining. She was initially treated with antibiotics (flamix) for a week, and then amoxicillin for a month along with Previcox and tramadol. Despite this, she still shows signs of discomfort and needs to go out regularly. What could be causing her continued symptoms, and what further testing or treatment should be considered?

Approximately 3 weeks ago, my dog had what looked like a scab appear on her skin. Upon my return from a week-long trip, she has started licking it, and it is now raised, red, and looking like it is getting infected. Where is the scab located?
