She was initially treated with antibiotics (flamix) for a week, and then amoxicillin for a month along with Previcox and tramadol. Approximately 3 weeks ago, my dog had what looked like a scab appear on her skin. Upon my return from a week-long trip, she has started licking it, and it is now raised, red, and looking like it is getting infected. Where is the scab located?

I have a 10lb Maltese with diarrhea. I tried cholestyramine at a dosage of 1/8 tsp twice a day, which worked for about 3 weeks, but the diarrhea started again. Should I increase the dosage, or is there another approach I should consider?
