Our 10-year-old dog has been sick for the past week, starting with symptoms resembling menstrual issues (swollen genitalia, bleeding), progressing to weakness and difficulty walking. She has had poor food intake, is weak, and unable to keep anything down. She had small loose stool yesterday and only urinated five times today. Is there anything we can do to help her until she can be seen by a veterinarian tomorrow?

My Cavalier King Charles has developed bad acid reflux disease and I think it's from a dog harness we are using. Could this be possible? He is hard to control when outside and I have to pull him on the leash to get him to do what I want. The harness I think puts pressure on his stomach. Can acid reflux disease go away or is this permanent?
