Hello! Leo seems to be leaking blood every now and then from his penis. We noticed some blood in the bed over the last 4/5 days and thought it may be from a paw but upon closer inspection we figured it came from his penis. He is a 6-month-old intact miniature dachshund. No injuries are apparent, but when we wipe his penis there is some blood. He urinates very often and has no trouble doing so. What should we do?

My 5-year-old Chow Chow, Simba, has dry, scaly spots mainly on his neck, chest, front legs, and behind the tail. The skin underneath is pink and reddish when the dry skin is scraped off. He is not itchy or scratching, and there is no obvious redness or inflammation except when the dry skin is removed. What could be causing this and what should I do?
