Hello, my mum has a Cavalier named Audrey who is five years old and has recently started urinating inside the house despite being trained to go outside. Audrey has been to the vet and has no infections, but she has a heart murmur. This behavior started a few months ago, around the time of my stepdad's passing. What can we do to help or is there something going on with her?
