My dog, Alto, has recurrent malassezia infections causing itching and red pustules on his back. I've consulted vets for over 2 years, tried different diets including Royal Canin Anallergenic, and used various medications like oral steroids and cetirizine, but the symptoms seem to worsen. What could be causing this and what other treatments can be considered?

I just noticed a red blister on my dog's stomach, more specifically on the top of his inner thigh. I'm worried. When did you first notice the blister? Has the dog been licking or rubbing the skin? What's the dog's name and age? Is there anything else the Vet should know about the dog?
