Hi. I have a dog named Bella who is 4 years old and has been having diarrhea for the past two days. She ate Yogdog mixed with whip cream a day before. She also vomited in the first 24 hours, and her stool has been runny, then mucousy, and now less of that but not fully formed. What should I do and when should I worry and take her to a vet?

My 5-pound, 11-year-old Yorkie named Cassie has a collapsed trachea and experiences coughing and gas when picked up, which compresses her stomach. She has been dealing with this for several years and has seen multiple vets, including the Bush Clinic in Richmond. She is currently taking zonisamide twice a day to prevent seizures, benedryl, cough tabs, hydrocodone, and prednisone for her cough, and hound honey four times daily. What should I know about managing her collapsed trachea and her current medications?
