I have a 7-year-old male English bulldog named Winston who has severe allergies, worse in the summer but present year-round. We've changed his food multiple times, and he now eats Fromm 4-star with no wheat, but only oral steroids have worked to clear his cysts and sores. After stopping the steroids, the symptoms return within a week. What can be done to improve his quality of life without relying on steroids, and what other medications or diets has he been on?
