My 1.5-year-old Weimaraner has two lumps on the side of his face that feel like small balls moving under the skin. The lumps were noticed to be smaller and almost unnoticeable in photos from Christmas. The gums and teeth appear normal, and the dog shows no other symptoms. What could these lumps be?

My dog ate a chicken bone and is whining when he tries to poop. He ate it 24 hours ago, vomited once this morning, and the bone was a chicken wing bone, not very large. We didn't see if he chewed it or swallowed it whole, and there was no blood in the vomit.
