I have an eight-year-old soft coat Wheaton terrier named Cooper. He has started peeing and pooping in the house, itches constantly to the point of crying when he scratches, and bites himself when not scratching. He has been on numerous medications but nothing is helping. His food has been changed, but the itching persists. He does not have fleas. The peeing and pooping started about nine months ago, and he seems a little depressed, drinks lots of water, and has digestive problems, vomiting foamy stomach bile.
