I have a 1 1/2 month old puppy named Kobe who is not moving and has his mouth clamped shut. He was fine yesterday but today he is breathing but won't move and his mouth appears locked up. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 14-year-old dog, Hailey, has very weak hind quarters and can't squat to pee. She poops while walking outside but has accidents at night in a confined space. She has little to no 'spark of life' and is on mild pain medication. We can't afford lab tests and are considering a peaceful end for her. How do we know when it's time, and how is the process handled?

My dog, Reign, suddenly started standing stiffly, not moving, crying occasionally as if in pain, shaking a bit, and holding her head up with her nose to the sky, appearing sleepy. She is resisting movement and tensing up when I try to move her. She has a scab on her neck and is on a farm with horses and another dog. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 11-year-old Shih Tzu, Ney, has a protuberance at his anal part and is limping from his back leg. The vet checked his leg and found no fractures, but prescribed Deramaxx and checked his anal glands. Ney is still very uncomfortable and in pain. Should I give him more Deramaxx at night, and should I use Gabapentin? Also, do you think the limp is related to the anal protuberance, and should we proceed with the vet's recommendation to castrate him and remove some of the mass for testing?

My dog, Penny, is vomiting frequently, has blood coming out of her urethra, and has diarrhea. She recently chewed a pair of my glasses, possibly ingesting some plastic. What should I do, and is it safe to wait until my vet appointment tomorrow morning, or should I go to an emergency vet?

My golden retriever may have had a small exposure to Amdro Mole & Gopher Bait, which contains 2% zinc phosphide. I have monitored her for 3 hours and she has shown no discomfort or abnormal behavior. I gave her about 1 tsp of baking soda as suggested on the label. Should I still be concerned at this point?
