My 9-year-old, spayed female Boxer, Sophie, has been licking her urethra a lot. Her urine is not cloudy or unusually smelly, and she doesn't seem to be incontinent. She has done this before for about 24 hours and then stopped, but she started again recently. She is not showing signs of tiredness and is not straining to pee.
