I have a 12-year-old Shih Tzu mix named Miss Rosie. She has been experiencing diarrhea, lethargy, and moaning when moved. She ate a hot dog and drank water but is still not moving much and cries when she does. She also had a couple of bites of roast with fat two days ago and then started having diarrhea. What should I do to help her?

I have a roughly 3-4 year old Pomeranian named Luna. I groomed her fur 2 days ago and noticed that one of her nipples is black and crusty. One of her nipples has disappeared and several of her other nipples now have black tips to them. She doesn’t seem to be bothered by me touching them and there’s no discharge. What could have caused all these changes?

I have a 7-year-old beagle named Abbie who has had neck pain before, treated with steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs. Now, the pain seems to be in her front leg. Could this be caused by the neck issue? Abbie is yelping in pain when moving her upper body randomly, and she is currently not on any medications. Should I get her to the vet immediately?

My dog's front feet started getting red and swollen a couple of days ago, similar to what happened last summer. The vet prescribed Apoquel, which helped then, but now there's an oozing sore on his cheek. He takes Nexgard monthly. I'm concerned about mange and can't get him to the vet until Monday. What should I do in the meantime?
