I have a Red Bone Dog that appeared to have been poisoned. She is showing signs of weakness, panting, hard breathing, shunning, matting eyes, and refusing to eat. She can't walk far and stays close, panting heavily and shunning. She has a piece of sausage in her mouth but won't eat it. I have hydrogen peroxide and a turkey injector. What should I do at this point?

I've been treating the ear infection with drops, but I noticed a small, hard, crusty, black bump on the base of his head/neck between his ears.
