I have a 12-year-old Yorkie named Layla who appears to have mastitis, which is infected. One of her glands is red, swollen, and she keeps licking it. She's eating well and not in distress, but she also has a growth on her left ear treated with over-the-counter disinfectant. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Our 30 lb dog, Howie, may have ingested some Rodenticide pellets (brodifacoum) about 7 hours ago. He is acting fine now. If he did ingest it, would 25 mg of Vitamin K that I can give him tomorrow be an acceptable approach? Should I also have him get a PT/INR on Monday?
