My 10-week-old puppy, Monty, a Boston Terrier mixed with Shih Tzu, has light-colored lips, swollen eyes, little bumps near his nose, and his eyes are producing pus. He has also been a bit itchy. My boyfriend thinks it might be from the food he eats, which is Little Caesar's beef meals, transitioning to lamb and rice-based food. Additionally, I noticed he has glands that feel like round balls under his chin on both sides. Is this related?
