She weighs about 27 lbs and ate a tablespoon of wet food with a little dry food. She hasn't vomited and is drinking water. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 10-month-old dog, Stella, who weighs about 23lbs, may have licked a small amount of borax about 15 minutes ago. Her lips and gums are healthy, and she's acting normally. Is it safe to give her peroxide to induce vomiting, and is there a chemical reaction between borax and peroxide that I should be concerned about?
