I have a 14-year-old male Pomeranian/toy American Eskimo. It was recommended to me about 9 years ago to not continue vaccinating him due to health concerns with over-vaccinating. I am getting a 9-week-old Labrador pup and I am wondering if I should be concerned about my senior dog being around the new pup until fully vaccinated?

I think my puppy, Cotton Ball, has a UTI. Her pee is smelly, she pees constantly in small amounts, and she wakes up wet. I did a home test for UTI and it showed positive for leukocytes.
