My roommate was diffusing lemongrass oil and my dog was around it for a couple days. Now, my dog is vomiting, having diarrhea, and is very lethargic. He hasn't gotten into anything else that we know of. What should I do?

My Dachshund, Butters, is 4 years old and has been vomiting white foamy substance around 30-35 times since 11pm. She also had diarrhea, the third time being red. Her stomach is distended, but she is not having trouble breathing. She is spayed and has no other medical conditions or medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 2-year-old dog, Zoe, keeps licking objects and appears to have a scratch in her throat, which seems to be causing her to simulate vomiting and make a noise as if she's clearing her throat. She has also started eating grass more often and today has done this behavior about 5 times. She is eating fine and her other behaviors are normal. What could be causing this and what should I do?
