I have a 3-year-old Golden Retriever named Maze who has red bumps all over her body, mainly on her rear end, that turn into blisters and then scabs. She has been scratching and rubbing a lot. We have been using anti-bacterial baths and sprays for about a month with no improvement. What could be causing this and what else can we do?

I need to fill out my dog's rabies certificate and I don't have the lot number anywhere. I can't find the previous certificate. Is there a way to locate the lot number, and if not, will my dog need to get another vaccine? Can we use the old lot number from his initial vaccine and not the booster?
