I need to fill out my dog's rabies certificate and I don't have the lot number anywhere. I can't find the previous certificate. Is there a way to locate the lot number, and if not, will my dog need to get another vaccine? Can we use the old lot number from his initial vaccine and not the booster?

My dog's eye is looking lazy and he is having a hard time opening it all the way. It looks like part of the eye is trying to protect it. This has been a concern for a couple of days. The dog is not taking any medications and last saw a vet last summer. His name is Caladin and he is about 5 years old. The issue started in his left eye and then went away, but now it is in his right eye. What could be causing this and what can I do to help?
