My dog has a small ball-like growth in his eye that has been present for about 3 months. It doesn't bother him and hasn't changed in size. What could this be, and should I be concerned?

My 13-year-old dog, Goomba, was diagnosed with acute kidney failure on Monday. He has been switched to a kidney-specific diet and is taking Azodyl. He is drinking a lot of water and has recently thrown up chunky, foamy vomit, which included some of his dinner. He is otherwise acting normal. What should I do?

My dog, Maggie, is experiencing vomiting and lethargy. The vomit is yellowish cream color and liquidy, with no food in it. She might have eaten something unusual, like stray cats' poop. She is 6 years old and has been in good health except for a month ago when she had stomach issues and was given probiotics and vitamins. She also has early hip dysplasia. What could be causing her symptoms and what can I do to help her?
