I have a 6-month-old Maltese/Yorkie male who has been spinning in circles non-stop for the past few days. He is fine on walks or in confined spaces like the laundry room or his kennel, but anywhere else in the house, he spins rapidly in both directions, barks, and cannot be distracted. He has been checked by a vet for physical issues such as anal gland problems, fleas, worms, and liver function, all of which were normal. What could be causing this behavior, and what can be done to help him?

I need a recommendation for a lotion or conditioner for my dog, Allie, who has sores from scratching due to food allergies. I have switched her food and am currently using Benadryl and Neosporin ointment. I am concerned about bathing her too frequently as it might strip her skin of natural oils. My 6-month-old 60 lb Doberman has severe hives. I gave him a bath and 50 mg of children's Benadryl about 4 hours ago, which helped briefly but now he's extremely uncomfortable. His breathing is normal, and there's no loss of appetite, but he's frantically itching. What can I do to help him? Should I take him to an emergency vet or wait until my regular vet opens in 9 hours?
