I have a 6-month-old Maltese/Yorkie male who has been spinning in circles non-stop for the past few days. He is fine on walks or in confined spaces like the laundry room or his kennel, but anywhere else in the house, he spins rapidly in both directions, barks, and cannot be distracted. He has been checked by a vet for physical issues such as anal gland problems, fleas, worms, and liver function, all of which were normal. What could be causing this behavior, and what can be done to help him?
