I have a 7-year-old Chihuahua named Gotti who is not as active as usual, is pacing around and yipping when barking. He's not eating or drinking as much, but still consumes some water and treats. He seems very uncomfortable and has not pooped since Thursday night. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a 2-year-old Boston Terrier named Edith. She is acting less active than normal, seems slightly bloated, shakes when picked up, and yelped when her upper abdomen was touched.
