I have a Boerboel named Coco, who is 6 years old and has been ill for almost a month. The main symptoms are drastic weight loss, high water consumption, bruising of the skin, and low energy levels. My vet has found a low white blood cell count. Coco has been treated with prednisone and doxydog for the past 3 months, but the treatment has been unsuccessful. What could be the issue, and what else should I consider?

My dog, Cutie Pie, had a gasping breathing attack this morning and does not want to walk too far. The temperature outside is in the high 70s. She has a granuloma on top of her paw and licks the underside of both front paws, a habit she has had for years. She is 9 years old, 65 lbs, and had major surgery when she was 3 months old due to a hernia where her internal organs went up to her chest, but has had no complications from that. What could be causing her breathing issues and reluctance to walk, and what should I do?

My 5-year-old toy poodle has had constant ear itching for 3 years despite using Ottomax, visiting the vet multiple times, and trying various natural remedies and medications. The ears are red with tiny black dry spots, but there are no ear mites or fleas. The dog is on heart guard and has never had a flea. The other toy poodle, which shares the same diet and environment, does not have this issue. What could be causing this and what further steps can be taken?
