I have a cow that is pregnant and giving birth currently only see one leg coming out with spots of the snout. Do I need to assist in getting the other leg free for this to happen without harming either one of them?

My dog has prostate cancer and a heart murmur. He is on carprofen, gabapentin, and vetmedin. Recently, he has been lethargic, unable to lift his head or keep his eyes open, peeing a lot, not drinking water, and has to pee more often than usual. Should I take him to the ER, and if so, what could they do for him?

My 2-year-old 72lb lab, Drake, has been vomiting multiple times today, with food and a little foam in the vomit. He threw up a black ponytail holder this morning and has vomited several more times since then. He has had normal bowel movements and is playing fine, but his nose is cold. We don't have emergency vets in our area, so I can only take him in the morning. What should I watch for through the night, and should I let him drink water?
